Itching and burning at the tip of penis.

Since last week, It feels like burning for a few minutes as soon as I finish urinating and the head starts somewhat itching. I think it's something related to bacterial or fungal infection because I'm having the same itchy thing in my underarms, in between my thighs and scrotum. Since a week, I have been washing and cleaning both underarms and legs with soap and dried it, then used powder in order to decrease the itchiness. It works well. I doubt that whether I spread this infection from one place to another. And another problem that I've been facing is tight foreskin. I came to know that its phimosis. I forced my skin back in order to see what brings the itchiness and saw red color starting from my shaft to the left side of the head somewhat like a curved line. I'm too afraid of having a surgery and I'm afraid to tell my parents about this weird situation. What should I do to get rid of this annoying itchiness at the tip of my penis?
