Itching & sense of movement in ear.

My ears feels itchy suddenly, when I stand up after lying down it feels like something is moved down and itches in ear. Sometimes I feel unbalanced because of itchy ears. I don't have wax in ears.

Itching is another thing and imbalance is another .... Causes of both are different .. u have to go through ear otoscopy from near by ent consultant
