Itching a lot burning and dark black ptc

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Itching and burning with black patches all over my thighs frm 10 to 15 days so wt cream should I apply it is increasing day by day. I dnt have time becoz I work in call centre so mi timings ar morning 10 am to 11.30pm so till I cme frm their skin clinic r closed so please suggest me
