Itchiness on skin idk why.
Since the lockdown has started my skin is acting all weird. When it's cold and I feel cold my body starts itching. But it happens sometimes and sometime not. Sometime due to some reason when i have a normal itching and I scratch then that spot on my skin turns red and very mild hives like effect (reference google), but soon it goes away. I am scared of blood tests and high dose medicines so pls suggest something other that getting a blood test.

You might be suffering from urticaria. It is an allergic condition to various triggers like temperature change, food or stress. Blood tests are usually not needed. It can be controlled with medication but a clear picture of the rash with detailed history is needed for diagnosis. Consult online with pictures for treatment.
