It is not usally but it hurts some times.....when i come from school in a hot day...at that time ....

Well..the weather is getting hot now a days...you need to keep yourself hydrated well...I suggest you to take tender coconut empty stomach for few days...make sure that you drink water adequately atleast 8-10 glasses per day...then you can also drink lemon juice,mausambi juice,glucose as it will help you in hydrating and will reduce your symptoms
