I am suffering from hair loss . Having dandruff issue from last 3 months. Hair quality is poor and having rough hairs.

Try avoiding very harsh shampoos, Dandruff is nothing but a fungal infection of scalp so for that u should visit a dermatologist. Hair fall can be because of dandruff per say or it can be due to other causes which have to be ruled out.
