Issues in potty passage
When my son who is 9years old goes to potty , complains about having irritation while doing potty. When I checked I noticed there is small cut near the outer side of the passage. Pic attached. Can anyone let me know if it's serious and what should I follow for him. Can I apply any cream there to soothe/ heal the same . He takes proper diet and fluid and has no issues with any type of food.please I am very tensed about it.

Does he strain while pooping? Did he have constipation recently? Have you noticed any blood spots while he poops? Does he pass hard stools? Based on image it seems like an Anal fissure. Apply locally Proctosedyl ointment. Povidone iodine ointment. Make him Do Sitz bath. Keep him hydrated. Laxopeg sachets.
