Near work can cause eye strain. Try to use a laptop/desktop for your work and YouTube/Netflix. Reading and straining on a small device near to eyes is common. Blue light cannot cause any symptoms, it only disturbs to ur sleep cycle. But you need to ensure that you do not have a refractive error contributing to your headache by getting an eye checkup.
