Issue in skin of penis
There is a kind of drynessin my skin of penis due to which the skin in the front portion is shrinked and due to this problem I am unable to make my penis skin upwards and clear my penis and of I forcefully pull the skin upwards it starts bleeding and there becomes cuts in the skin. Please assist me with good medicine or ointment.
