Hello dear don't worry, Take turmeric 1/2 tsf,Amala1/2 tsf or Triphala Churna 1/2 tsf bid with water, Avoid sour curd Kadi spicy food cold drinks alcohol eggs nonveg smoking tobaco etc if so
