Issue in getting pregnant
2yrs back undergone ectopic pregnancy and removed left side tube. After that trying for pregnancy no success. Done thyroid test, HSG(tube test) all seems to be fine. No cyst or fibroids found. On doing follicular study of continuous 2 months came to know that left ovary is producing egg(no tube on left side) and its not getting ruptured automatically. Kindly advise what is our next step to proceed. Is there any natural way of getting pregnancy.

Ideally tube saving surgery can be done inv ectopic pregnancy. Anyways try for another 6-8 months. If no success consider IVF
