Second query is I am getting married in feb 2024, will it affect future pregnancies, like difficulty in conception? Please clear my doubt.

Opinion: Isotroin (isotretinoin) is a medication commonly used to treat severe acne. While it can be effective, it's important to note that isotretinoin may have gastrointestinal side effects, and it's possible that it could exacerbate symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) such as bloating. If you're experiencing discomfort or worsening symptoms while taking isotroin, it's advisable to discuss this with your prescribing healthcare provider. Next Steps: 1. Consult Your Healthcare Provider: Since you have a history of IBS and are experiencing bloating while taking isotroin, it's crucial to consult your healthcare provider. They can evaluate your symptoms, assess the potential interaction between isotroin and IBS, and determine whether any adjustments to your treatment plan are needed. 2. Management of IBS Symptoms: If isotroin is aggravating your IBS symptoms, your healthcare provider may suggest strategies to manage your IBS while continuing your acne treatment. They might recommend dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, or other approaches to alleviate bloating and discomfort. 3. Pregnancy Considerations: Isotretinoin is known to have teratogenic effects, meaning it can cause birth defects if taken during pregnancy. It's essential to avoid becoming pregnant while taking isotretinoin and for a certain period after discontinuing the medication. If you are planning to conceive, it's advisable to complete your isotroin treatment well in advance of trying to conceive. 4. Future Pregnancy and Conception: Once you've completed your isotroin treatment and a safe period has passed, there shouldn't be a direct impact on future pregnancies or conception. However, every individual's fertility journey is unique. If you have concerns about conception or pregnancy, discussing them with a healthcare provider can provide personalized guidance based on your health history. Remember, I am providing general information and not personalized medical advice. It's important to communicate openly with your healthcare provider about your concerns and experiences. They can provide the most appropriate guidance based on your specific situation and medical history.
