My wife is 8 weeks pregnant with our first baby who is doing good in ultrasound (Wife has no history of miscarriages).
Our gynaecologist has prescribed vomikind md4 along with strone 100 both twice a day.
I read medical articles which says Ondansetron( vomikind's content) might cause cleft palates or heart defects in babies.
Wanted to hear how other perspectives before I talk to our gynaecologist.

It doesn't cause such defects. It's perfectly safe in pregnancy. How many episodes of vomiting she's having??? However ondansetron is not the first line. She can try simple medications If nausea vomiyis not severe. Connect for prescription
