Sir I want to suggestion on these photos what is this i notice this from last 6 year's but I think it is due to puberty but it appears more day by day i can't tell this situation to my parents now I loose my confidence because now it seems in shirt and tshirt too now a days situation is I have puffy nipples and soft chest all around no hard in there when i touch it with my hands it is very very softy is it gynecomastia or some thing else I want rid these can u give me a good suggestion please
