Is this diet fine to take
I want to consume required Nutrients, so: I drink Sattu in the morning and afternoon. I drink Coconut water in evening. I also have lemon water once a day, mostly after 1.5 hours of lunch. I'm thinking to replace afternoon Sattu by Bael juice. Is it fine or something wrong with it? I take all this apart from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. I do so to avoid having junk food between meals. Thanks.
