Is this a problem of receding gumlines?
I used to brush aggressively before.Dont do it anymore. If its a problem of receding gumline, then what are the cautions i should take to grow back the gums?

Scaling and polishing is required for ur teeth and massaging the gums with medicated gum massagers..  Along with that usage of ultra soft bristled brushes with proper brushing technique is a must to avoid further gum loss..

Seeing the picture..your gums probably look inflamed..and yes..there is slight recession seen too...you can maintain healthy gums...by going for a regular cleaning/scaling and polishing. Also..try massaging your gums with mustard oil every night as a home made cure ...your gums wont grow back but that would help prevent further recession.. And yes..brushing well is one of the major factors. Please look over to the way you brush..

Generally you cannot do anything to grow the gums back. You do not have so much recession so don’t worry. Brush correctly and get a dental check up once a year
