Is this a cold sore?
I have had Itchy and redness around my lips accompanied by a dry mouth sensation. But last night some open sores with our have formed. I have been applying Vaseline. I have been excessively drinking and smoking and been on site visit in the sun due to business. This is a first occurrence. I'm sexually active with one partner. What can I do? What kind of doctor or immediate treatment can I do to relieve the pain and discomfort?
