Penis is red / violet and sore

Asked for Male, 44 Years

The skin feels very sensitive, not itchy. If I don't clean daily, white smelly stuff appears, together with some kind of film over the skin that I can easily remove with my finger, leaving a clean but red and sore looking skin. The redness is sometimes all over and sometimes comes in patches, it's not uncomfortable in daily life, but very embarrassing. It's been going for a 3-4 months now, I hoped it would have gone by itself.
