As per my report showing ureter are obscured wants the meaning of that??And 5 mm kidney stone can go without surgery? WHAT more test should I do to find obstruction and stone .In a non-invasive way Ct /Mri?

There is no significant obstruction.
Obscured means could not be seen... Usually it is difficult to see ureters by sonography as they are deep in body.
CT will be accurate in diagnosing the stone disease.
