No, panic attacks are not related to cancer. But one must be sure that the symptoms are due to panic attack &a not something else as some endocrine cancers like pheochromocytoma can be causing symptoms of panic attacks. Before getting anxious about it know that simple thyroid problem can also cause symptoms of panic attacks.
