Is Testosterone level of 4.96 good?
I started going to the gym 3 months back and have been losing 2kgs every month. 10% fat loss and 6% muscle gain. I workout hard and my diet is full of protein carbs good fat however i dont see major gains in muscle mass. I have a lot of fat around belly and my hands and legs are thin. Is this due to low testosterone? I cant sleep for more than 6 hours at night
