There was having unprotected sex with out condom on 3days before and on 4th day she takes an ipil and started bleeding and the blood is less thick than the blood which secretes during periods ...is she pregnant or this blood is coming for her periods ?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. First of all, she is bleeding that means her periods have started. So pregnancy is basically ruled out.
