Good evening! With the ct findings it shows bilateral septal hypertrophy with right Mod DNS impinging middle turbinate and inferior turbinate hypertrophy sinuses are clear So basically u needed a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and clinical examination to confirm the findings Are u getting repeated sneezing? Or having wheezing?
