Hello yes it is from the cuttle fish. Homoeopathy medicine is based upon the theory of minimalism & Potentisation. You cannot find any substance of the cuttle fish in our Homoeopathic medicine. It has been transformed to its energy form. You cannot find any particles of the fish in it. So, you can very well continue the medicine if you are feeling better. Yes it is .If you are vegererian and not take medicine on basis of it's manufecturing then never take any allopathic medicine also.Because  medicines either they prepered from animal or in lab. they tested on animal .And in this process many died .so i suggest it is better for you avoid medicines except ayurveda. But if we think more in depth almost all medicine in ayurveda mede from plant which are also living subject .so now it is upto you whatever decision made you.
