Is primolut-n helpful for cyst recovery
I have regular periods and only cyst in left ovary 45mm×40mm. My doctor suggested primolut-N. So, is this primolut N helpful for cyst recovery? My doctor said, it's not useful for birth control.

A cyst of 4cms could be complex or simple. The reasons for developing them could be multiple. You could try birth control pills for a month and repeat your sonography on day5 of your next periods . Plain progesterone (primolut n) could help if taken regularly for 21 days if its a simlle folicular cyst.

No it is not for that.It is progesterone tablet.After stopping it you will get period on time and it is not birth control pill.
