Is mucocele harmful? Size less than 1 cm . Seems not to be improving. It is in lower lip. Don't want to undergo surgery.

Hello sir.   Mucocele is not harmful..It may cause mild discomfort It is due to minor salivary gland duct rupture.... You need to undergo simpe surgical excision along with minor salivary gland to prevent its recurrence

As you have already undergone a left adrenal tumour operated... I would advise you to get the mucocele clinically examined. A clear examination will help in better diagnosis and efficient treatment plan. It is not harmful until it is causing you discomfort.
