Is kyphosis repairable?
Iam not sure of the main reason of this kyphosis. But it may be because of staying long time on pc or walking with wrong position .also my chest's muscles are strong don't know if this has effect .so now, if kyphosis not severe is it repairable with excercise? If yes how long will this take to be natural?

Kyphosis has a normal range of 25-40 degrees and it has to be measured properly. If you are within that range, no problems. If it is more than that, again nothing to worry, unless you are having any issues of backpain or if the pain started after a fall. Maintain good posture, do yoga and core muscle strengthening.
