Is it pneumonia or general cold pls help

Asked for Male, 9 Years

How to know my 9 months old child is having pneumonia or just common cold.. I took blood test does this help ..and one more qstn if pneumonia comes in childhood does it last life long.. I'm worried

Hi. In Pneumonia the baby will be sick, high temperature and breathing difficulties will be there. Chest x- ray will help. If in doubt, take the baby to nearby paediatrician, he/she will tell you whether it a normal cold/ pneumonia. No worries.
