lipoma is a fatty tumor located just below the skin. It isn't cancer and is usually harmless. The intestinal part resected will sent for histopathology to check if it's malignant? The image you have attached is of resected small intestine part which was obstructed due to intussesception.

The diagnosis of malignancy is from histopathological examination. That means the specimen of tissue will be sent to the Laboratory and they  will examine the sections of the tissue under a microscope and tell whether it is malignant or not. We can't tell by looking at the tissue

This is not Lipoma. Intussusception is folding of portion of  intestine within itself. It doesn't mean to have any tumor. Specimen to be sent for histopathology for confirmation. The gross anatomy of the mass doesn't suggest malignancy. Now the histopathology will tell finally.
