Is it harmful taking medicines for sleep
I have been suffering from sleep deprivation since more than a year now. Sometimes I don't sleep for one day and it affects my next day. I want a way to inculcate a habit of sleeping at a certain time and waking early morning, otherwise life I live is very tired and boring. Can someone suggest if I should go with sleep medication? How the side effects are and is it safe at all considering the danger if taken an overdose?

Sleep medications always come with few side effects. They also have minimal chances of dependency. So i would recommend u try other ways to sleep. Following are a few suggestions- •take a glass of warm milk. • avoid using ur phone at night. •avoid sleeping during the day time. •try listening to calming music or some meditation which helps in getting sound sleep.
