Is it hair folliculitis?

I don't know what I'm having on my skin. I ll take a pic of it so that u can find what it is. I have been recently having these on my skin.i can a see a hair growing over it. Recently I have been having white patches on my vulva I don't know if it's a yeast infection, it kind of irritates more at night and also during day time. I'm also having severe hair loss,also I have trichomycosis (arm pit hair). Why am I having all of these?

Bilbao itch could be due to fungal infection or dryness in that area.would need more details and picture of the affected area to reach a diagnosis.lesions on the thigh looks like folliculitis.consult me online for further treatment
