Is it dengue?
My daughter is 5 yrs old she had a fever from last 3 days more than 103 and after taking a blood test her ns 1 is postive but igg is negative and her platlates are 1.57 now the fever is droped but doctors are saying its dengue?

It's dengue. Give her plenty of oral fluids. Keep a watch for danger signs like bleeding from ear /nose /gums, rashes on body, excessive vomiting or drowsiness, severe stomach pain, giddiness, altered behaviour. If present then get her hospitalized.
