  4. Is it delayed speech? To talk early?

Is it delayed speech?
My son is 1.5 years and doesn’t talk yet other than 2-3 words which he is telling from last 4months. I talk to him a lot but still he says only 2-3words That too on random days and not daily n after I start telling 10-15times and he will say that word once. Please suggest me how to teach kids to talk early?

Looks like a mild delay. Assessment should be done at 1.5 years. There are many things you can do at home to improve speech. Please visit a pediatrician for correct advice
