This looks like a deep cavity and need to be confirmed by and IOPA (x-ray) radiograph. Mostly this would go for root canal treatment if its deep caries..

Yea h it's a cavity, u need to get treatment done b4 it starts paining. Treatment could b either filling or root canal depending on the x-ray. X-ray will b required to confirm.
