Yes, apples are generally safe and beneficial for the liver. They contain various nutrients and compounds that support liver health: Benefits: 1. Antioxidants: Quercetin, catechins, and chlorogenic acid protect liver cells from damage. 2. Fiber: Pectin helps remove toxins and waste from the digestive system. 3. Vitamin C: Boosts immune function and antioxidant defenses. 4. Flavonoids: May improve liver function and reduce inflammation.
Health Tips
Precautions: 1. Excessive consumption: Eating large amounts can lead to sugar overload, potentially harming the liver. 2. Pesticide residues: Choose organic apples or wash thoroughly. 3. Allergies/intolerances: Rare cases of apple allergy or fructose malabsorption.

It's great that you're proactive about your liver health. Fruits, including apples, can be beneficial for the liver due to their high fiber content, vitamins, and antioxidants. While fruits contain fructose, moderation is key. Eating apples daily is generally safe for most people, especially when consumed as part of a balanced diet. However, since your liver function test (LFT) shows an SGPT level of 55, which may indicate a need for closer monitoring, it is essential to consider individual health conditions and any underlying issues. I recommend consulting a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation and personalized advice. For a more detailed assessment and tailored treatment options, please consult me for better evaluation and treatment, or feel free to reach out via WhatsApp at eight hundred nine eight two one three three two.
