Is ECLIA conclusive
After 5 years of possible hiv exposure I have tested with RAPID STRIP Test, lab ECLIA and again lab ECLIA all were negative. Is it conclusive? Do I need further testing? Can I keep the thing over and move on?

It seems you have this Obsessive doubt about having HIV which doesn't go with tests. If you still have such doubts consult a psychiatrist, it could be OCD. All the best
