Is drinking water will decrease appetite
Iam drinking 6 glasses water daily(1 litre)without thirst also... is drinking like this will decrease appetite...???

In my opinion, a minimum required intake of water is essential even without thirst for the digestion process, it will help to keep you hydrated. However water intake have little to no effect on appetite.

6 glasses of water is not much.It doesnt affect your appetite.atleast 2- 3 litres of water is must.
