Is DNS and Parasinusits cuase sleepiness

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Dear sir After wake up feeling sleepy tiredness low energy from 8 years. my blood test, sugar test, thyroid test, MRI and EEG are normal. I am not over weight. I don't have snoring. I visited ENT doctor he found I have DNS and Parasinusits. Is reason for all problems. Kindly suggest

The reason for tiredness could be many, most commonly we are seeing Post COVID19 tiredness and fatigue. Sinusitis especially chronic Sinusitis can cause tiredness and low grade fever. Sinusitis itself can be due to immunity weakness caused by COVID19.
