Hi. Generalized tiredness can be due to several reasons. I see that you have already consulted several doctors. You mentioned that you are not overweight and don't have snoring. If your height is 5ft3in and you are 72kg, I would classify that as overweight. Do you have episodes of sudden breathlessness causing frequent waking up in the night? If yes, a sleep study would help. This is a study in which certain monitors are connected to your body for one full night and your parameters like oxygen saturation, heart rate, breathing pattern etc are recorded. These are then analyzed to assess the quality of sleep you have had. Plz consult a pulmonologist or an ENT surgeon who specializes in Sleep apnoea  for further evaluation. Another thing to note is that medicines given for psychiatric issues are slow to act and you may not see effects within a few days to weeks. These medicines need to be taken for several months before you are likely to see a difference. I would recommend that you get a sleep study done first to rule out a physical cause of disturbed sleep and if that is showing no problems, go ahead with long term treatment with the psychiatrist.
