Yes You can Do. Do steam inhalation twice on  face especially over forehead and neck for 5 to 10 minutes. Then apply 2 drops of Anu Tailam in each nostrils preferably in the morning, empty stomach. Consult me online through this platform for further guidance and treatment.

Yes it can be beneficial if it is given in proper posture and proper time with proper quantity Procedure Lying down on supine position with slightly head low position Enter 2 drops daily in both nasal opening at sunrise time daily Follow with internal medicine of Ayurveda for better results
