Is anomally scan important?
I had an anomally scan scheduled last week when I was in 19 week. But the hospital dint have an appropriate time slot for me. Thus my scan couldn't be done. Till date it stands undone. Now I am 20 weeks and 4 days. Is the anomaly scan an important scan?? Have I crossed the requisite time frame or it can still be done or it can be skipped?

Yes, anomaly scan is important because it helps to find out if there are any malformations in the fetus. If there is any problem, it needs to be detected before 20wks, after which pregnancy cannot be terminated.
