Is a sinusitie,asthma or other diseases
Pnemonia comes countinusly one time in a year from 3 years I dignosed when it comes first time but on second time I didn't took treatment and now on third time I don't know it's pnemonia or something but I had common symptoms of pnemonia such as cold and cough,severe chest pain, Headache and I didn't treated it as well now I think I have sinusitie Symtoms from  days: 1) Moderate and severe headache in morning from 9:00am to 5:00pm on backside of head  and on forehead sometimes It is on both sides of head too from 3 days 2 )Headache increase as i move head downward from 3 days 3) previously runny nose from and cough 7 days but now dry nose and dry cough from 3 days 3) Shortness of breath from 10 days 4) Pain in backside of both eyes from 3 days 5) sticky poop from 4-5 days 6 ) confusion from 10 days 7 ) previously I felt chest pain on 4,5,6 days from 10 days Please help me which doctor I should consult with and which diseases may I possibly have.

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection with acute rhinosinusitis. You may need to take intravenous antibiotics, anti cold medicines, decongestant nasal drops, cough syrups. Chest x ray needs to be taken
