Dnt give dolo at 99 please. Wait till the fever crosses 100. Moreover please switch to ibuprofen

99 May not be fever. Depends on other symptoms. Is he feeling sick? Why temperature is being checked? Do not give paracetamol 650vfor 99 temperature
