  4. Irritation of throat. Help. pl advise.

Irritation of throat
Have a persistent throat irritation problem. Has white spots and coarseness in the throat -like laryngitis. Eating or drinking hot or cold sets of irritation and keeps clearing his throat noisily all the time or coughs. Have taken tab Clarinova and steam - somehow doesn't help. Pl advise.

Firstly stop clearing your throat forcefully as it will not help you but will make it worse. Every time you feel doing that drink some water. Secondly it seems like infection and I need more detailed history about your health condition so consider online consultation.

Take something like strepsils or cofsils SOS and betadine mouth after every meal.
