The interpretation of that you don't have anyone to share is the trigger for distress. Also in such Competetive exam a lot of care has to be take as we sleep less and work very hard. Make changes in your sleep pattern. Try to get enough sleep. Also if you have no one to share with write a diary of what you feel. Even writing can be equal or more cathartic than speaking to people.
Next Steps

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.

I think know, even if you do other have anyone else to share, if you can dedicate  MY Time everyday,  by doing what you are passion at about, or listening to music or going for a walk or gym time etc., etc., you can to some to some extent do not feel the loneliness. When you try to,do these activities,  you are literally moving away from your stressed environment. That rejuvenates you and enables you to study better too.
