Irritation from 3 months
Daily in morning time i feel irritation in my lower throat. It gets better once afternoon starts. But before that i really feel worse. I did upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and no ulcers or anything was seen but lex was 20% loose. I dont have acidity problem now but the throat keeps me uncomfortable most time in morning.

For this meds are needed, however lifestyle changes are also a must which will help you in long run such as more water intake, to reduce caffeine intake, reduce alcohol and smoking, early dinner and avoid lying down immediately post meals.. also you must consult for medications..
