  4. Irritation and itching in anal area. Do?

Irritation and itching in anal area
I am having itching in my anal an rectal area it gets worse I'm night . Even blood discharge also happens every morning with my potty . There is lot of vaginal discharge also . I searched for it on Google and found it can happen because of pinworms or other stomach worms. What should I do ?
