Irritated underarm
I got a rash on my armpits (more on the left than the right) with redness, burning, and small pimples. I squeezed one- out of curiosity- and it oozed a lot of white puss. It has been a week now and, even after applying hydrocortisone cream twice a day, I have the same problem. It burns when I raise my arm up and pimples keep appearing. Now, I have small lumps under the skin and don't know whether to be concerned or not.
