Dr. Plz help . My son is 4 years old he has itchy n irritated throat ...he keeps coughing n making sore voice coz of the irritated throat ... Wat home remedies n wat medicine works plzz help .. Its there from 10 days

Hi, Give hot water to drink Avoid cold items Give steam inhalation from a distance if child can take Child's weight not given I queri, so I will not be able to give prescription for medicine You can give Paracetamol syrup according to weight of child to decrease pain once or twice If cough, throat pain persisting please meet nearby paediatrician
