Dear Sir I imagine it must be quite tough for you Please do not self medicate yourself. These medications needs dose adjustment depending on your symptoms and response to medicines. Please see a psychiatrist in person for a review of medicine. Along with medication you will also benefit from psychological therapy and certain lifestyle changes like regular exercise, meditation and yoga. Please do not lose hope. Talk to your friends and family about how you are feeling. I am certain that you will feel better with right treatment and support. Hope this helps Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
